Has anyone had success with Steven Ellis' Tuff Cuff workout program?

It's been a while but, yes, this program is A to Z conditioning for throwing and general strengthening. It also includes diet info, training monitors, workout calendars and strength logs. Unless it has changed, it is very traditional. It has tons of useful information but it wasn't cheap. The biggest challenge for junior high and HS players is that it was info and logging overload. I've tried sharing it with many young players and it's usually just too much collectively for them to fully buy into or commit to. It can be used in parts but it takes a special kid in the right situation to be used in it's entirety.
Is there anything better you'd suggest for a HS sophomore? There are tons of these programs, but it's difficult to filter which one would be the best. I have Jaeger's long toss program and Drive Line's weighted baseball program. But not a specific conditioning guide.
Jaeger is great. I don't know drive line well enough to comment but I know there are conflicting points of view regarding weighted ball programs. I suggest you start a new thread here asking what the most effective conditioning program is and provide specific info about your player's age and what he is trying to accomplish as well as what other sports he plays so you will get practical advice tailored to the need. I'd stay in the general items forum for max looks. You may want to wait until the morning to post. There are more participants on weekdays than Sunday nights.
You can also search this site - there is an abundance of valuable info stored from previous threads. You can do a conventional search or browse appropriate categories for more recent discussions.
BTW, I do think there is value to Tuff Cuff but there is also an abundance of info out there for free or less $$ if that is a factor. I don't know if they have updated their program to make things more technologically interactive. It has been about six years since I bought.
I may have more definitive recommendation once I see what you are trying to accomplish.
Thanks for the insight. If you go here: http://www.tuffcuff.com/ it says it's been updated for 2013, so maybe it has been updated.
I scanned over the link. It looks very much the same and is exactly as they portray it. I think it is actually quite a bit cheaper than it was when I bought. Like it says, it is not for everyone but a truly motivated kid can benefit greatly. Otherwise, it makes a great reference for a variety of exercises for various objectives.
