One from Carrollton, one from Houston. Maybe one from Austin. And a transfer from Carrollton, via Navarro.

Not in the least!!
The campus is fine. Mostly wind damage, some trees are down, a little water damage, but fine.
The problem is New Orleans coming back, which I think deserves better "leadership" from a NEW MAYOR!! That man (Nagin) is an idiot!

Fall ball is being played at Tex. Tech..
Things will be back to normal before long.

Nagin is an idiot! Most of the evacuation problems are his fault not the Feds. The local government is responsible for planning and carrying out an evacuation! Not to mention his crazy 10,000 dead estimate, he is only going to be about 9,800 off on that one. Mississippi will probably have as many if not more dead, and they are almost ignored in the news.

This link will take you to ALL the information that I've posted "piecemeal" in the General Forum the last few days.
Student Athletes are enrolled on 5 campuses, 4 in Texas & 1 in Louisiana.
Arrangements have also been made with numerous colleges throughout the south for the general student population.
Many professors are also being placed as "visiting professors".
The campus may be closed for one semester, but Scott Cowen, President of Tulane has endeavored tirelessly to provide the student body, faculty & staff with a substitute learning environment for the fall semester.
