My son's showcase team played there this fall. What a stadium, it is a brand new Single A stadium built on the campus (they share it with the Single A team). Major league quality, beautiful.
Coach is a guy from our local area here in Va, his dad was a well know, well like coach here for many years befroe passing away. Met one of the assistance coaches, seemed like a good guy, talked with some of the players, they liked it. College campus seemed small (not allot of buildings) in fact between the baseball stadium and s****r stadium (also new) put together seemed bigger than campus. Do not know their academics. City of Greeneville TN was big enough, but not too big, been to smaller towns with nothing to do. They called it Gods country. I'd follow up if you got a call. Good luck.

Pioneer Dad - I can tell you that I have spoken with Coach Gibbs regarding some questions I had in general on colleges and JUCO kids. He is one of the most gracious and helpful coaches I've ever spoken with. Like you, I understand their facilities are top notch. They've had a good record of winning as well. Topdogfan's son has a couple of former teammates that go there, so she might have more knowledge of the program than I do and can post her thoughts. They do have a showcase this month I believe. Just from my experience in talking with the coach, I'd say they're worth investigating.
