TX Tiebreakers

I tried looking this up but could get nothing definitive. Maybe someone has seen it before.
I am talking about district tiebreakers after head to head? Specifically in Dallas ISD and Fort Worth ISD?
Someone mentioned coin flip? I am guessing you could play again but why, coin flip could be difference in having a chance to win versus a very tough game and possible loss.
I was thinking runs against and run scored but that is just tournaments and little league maybe.

I've been on both sides of a coin toss for seeding.... And yes it's huge when it makes you face or a top flight arm or escape facing one.

But I don't know if you excuse me y'all, in the lone star state use it.
