Tyler Wilson is Playing for Team USA in Mexico

USA Baseball's Junior National Team (18u) is currently in Mexico for this year's international tournament. Team USA is 2-0 and leading its bracket after two slaughter rule victories over Panama and Puerto Rico.

Tyler, a 2007 Midlothian High School grad, is the lone Virginia player on the team this year. He closed out the first game vs. Panama with one scoreless inning of relief (3 K's). Tyler is going to be late reporting to UVA, where he will pitch for the Wahoos come spring, but it's going to be well worth it!
