I know Tampa is very good and this is not a knock but more than half the roster is juco transfers. I'm sure that has a lot to do with it.
The same at the California State schools for the past 15 years. The California JC are the "developers" of talent.
Over 300 College Coaches attend annually the California JC playoffs.

One time before the transfer/sit out rule changed I looked at the Tampa roster. My first thought was they should change their name to University of ACC/SEC at Tampa. A majority of the roster was ACC/SEC transfers.
Lol....meaningless Wonder if U of Tampa somehow bought an "ad" to make this story happen lol
