So how long before HS rules change because of the NCAA changes? Seems like all it will take is one lawsuit.
Students transferring in grades 10-12 are ineligible for participation in varsity athletic activities for one year unless the student attended the previous full year in the same senior high feeder system.
I know of a talented kid that changed districts as a Soph over the winter break and is battling the UIL apparently but playing sub varsity for now. Considering the NCAA portal stuff, what legs does any HS governing body have to stand on to enforce something like above.
