My name is Jim Cantseegood, and I will be conducting umpire camps over the next several months. Points of emphasis:
• How to rule on a checked swing while chatting with the first base coach
• How to look interested when in “C” while fantasizing about the Mother in the 3rd row
• How to speed up the game on a hot summer afternoon, when none of the players want to be on the field
• How to avoid injury when the catcher will not block the ball
• How to rule on a double play ball when you thought there were already two outs
• How to rule on a dropped third strike when you can’t remember if first base was occupied

Has anyone noticed that this site has become nothing more than a collection of classified ads.
