University of Cincinnati

Extremely nice playing facility. In a decent part of Cincinnati, about 5 minutes down the expressway from downtown Cincinnati. Coaches are extremely nice guys, especially the recruiting Coach, Coach Meador, and the pitching coach, Coach Regruth.

thank you gametime, im going to visit the school and the coach this summer and i just wanted to hear some opinions on the school. The stadium looks fantastic. Any other input would be great!

Paul, they do have an awesome stadium that is about three years old I believe. I don't think they have an actual indoor facility, but use an old gymnasium. My son met the coaches a couple of years ago and agree with gametime, they seemed very personable and friendly.

You might want to send a PM to pantherfan. Go to the directory listing to find him (he has an avatar of UC) and then click on send a private message). He doesn't come to the site much I don't think, but does have a son that plays for UC.

Yeah if you have any questions feel free to ask me. I live about 15 minutes from campus and have the scoop on the social atmosphere and everything else.

What is the game atmosphere like? as in do students actually come to support their baseball team and everying? Also, how is the campus atmosphere in general?

Check the box scores. They usually show attendance. I assume they haven't had any home games yet but maybe last year.

They have had some home games. The one I looked at had 379 fans.

Depending on who they are playing and what the weather is like, they usually have pretty good attendance. Stadium is huge, so what seems like a few people might actually be a lot. Clifton is a fun place to be and UC is doing a ton of renevations right now. I'm sure you'll like it it is a good school.
