Our neighbors directly across the street from us have a freshman son at UNC. I know the head coach is in his 1st year there; he just (like late summer) came from Austin College in Sherman, TX. Not sure how long he was head coach there.

Coach Iwaski is a terrific gentleman, good coach and a leader of young men. I can not recommend him more highly!

As an alum of Austin College, I wholeheartedly concur. I did not play for Coach Iwasaki (I'm older than that ), but was able to witness how he conducted himself with players/parents, and how he handled himself on and off the field.

He did a fantastic job at AC while he was there, and over the long haul, he will do a great job at UNC. The program is in good hands.
