i sense some flustration in your post kdm. i think any coach that is trying to get his team ready for a playoff run wouldn't mind playing against teams that are better. that same coach knows that if he has a kid that the scouts are looking at, they would rather see him play against superior teams. it was just a couple of years ago that there was a 2a program (i think it was milford) that could beat any 4a team around. don't discount the size of the school or the talent of the players. its about the tools not the compitition. sorry to get off track. JMHO.
wanted to get things back on track and give a little more info about daniel dunagan. he is 5'11 170# keeps the trailer breaks locked when running but has gap tp gap power. 1.91 pop to glove time and 86mph across the infield. good 6 or 7 hole hitter.
I've watched Hebron centerfielder Blake Denton for several weeks now. Someone is going to get a good one. He runs very well, takes smart angles and has consistently been hitting the ball.

Jason is doing great. He opened district play against Plano with a bad 1st inning giving up 5 runs but only allowed 1 hit and no runs along with 10 K's to go the distance (5-2 Plano win). His next game was this last Saturday when he took a no hitter into the 6th and finished with 11 K's and 2 runs.
