You might be swinging up too much now. Poor weight transfer can have you collpasing the back side through contact. If your rear knee hinges with weight still on it then your body falls back when the bat goes through the contact zone. The dropping back shoulder can make you swing up hitting the top of the ball with top spin.

Take a bat or fungo and self toss line drives from gap to gap. Feel your weight flow from back to front. You should be able to feel what is happening if you shift and hit some undercut line drives.
