Upwards "K"????

I already posted this in ask the umpire forum by accident... anyway...

So, we all know that in the scorebook, "K" means strikeout singing and backwards "K" means strikeout looking... Is the following true???

A "K" with the prongs up means a strikeout on a foul bunt?

Does a "K" with tehe prongs down mean anything?

I'm hoping your expertise can help me...!

Was recently at an Auburn U baseball game, where the fans in right field hang Ks on the wall after each strikeout. One K had the prongs up or down, I don't remember which. But, it was because the batter struckout on a pitch in the dirt and reached first because the ball got by the catcher.
