Love Tom Griffin, he's an awesome coach, instructor + presenter at clinics.  After using the frisbee drill take it a step further with a deck of cards from 5 feet.  See how many can be caught with thumb + forefinger!

I don't think I could throw a Frisbee that well.  LOL

We use frisbees as a drill for our outfield to change things up. Besides working on soft hands and running correctly without bouncing, It is also a useful tool for conditioning.  Playing a game of frisbee football takes their mind off of running.
