One of the biggest problem that I see in young hitters is that they want to roll the wrists over at contact. Once you have the proper grip on the Impactbat there is only one direct or square path to the ball. This path is a head on collision with the ball which creates the most amount of force. Ball will get hit harder and further. Mike Epstein likes it so much he endorsed it and uses it with every player that he teaches. It is simple and it works. I know several drills if anyone is interested.

I tell my parents that if their kids can't hit then they could always hit them with it Smile

I use JC Video and I have tons of clips of MLB players that I would love to share but they are in the wrong format.

The square handle and the flat side of the bat reinforces square contact when it is held correctly. "It is simple and it works"- Jake Epstein of Mike Epstein hitting.
