Vacancy at coaching spot at Landstown

One of my close buddies sent me a link that Coach Mungin has been promoted to higher position and therefore, that has left a vacancy at Landstown High School at the coaching spot.

Dave Hart named Landstown's new head coach. Hart was previously an assistant coach at Landstown until two years ago when his wife had a baby.

Heard he and John Spears from Salem were the final two in the running. I know a few kids at Salem that will be happy Spears will still be around next year.

Conversely, I've heard some Landstown kids that are not happy that Spears will still be at Salem next year. Not a popular choice.

Some of the Landstown kids wanted Spears too? That is not surprising. Can't believe two schools passed on him. I have a feeling it was his age. Is Coach Hart much older than Coach Spears?
