Valley league, Express starts Scouting Network

I know HokieOne is not one to blow his own horn, but the Strasburg Express of the Valley league have put together a Scouting Network to get players into the Valley league. I think htis is a great idea and should help get quality players onto the Express and into the league.

My son played in the league last summer and enjoyed his experience. It is a wonderful place to play.
