District (now conference), Regional and State selections normally don't get made until after the respective rounds of playoffs are completed.
Not all conference and all region and all state. I mean the all star teams that will play at Liberty in July.

Looks like 3 of the areas will have tryouts and the other is by nomination (usually hs coach).
I am not sure if this has anything to do with VHSL however.
Is the question concerning the Commonwealth Games, or the VHSL All-Star Game?!?!?!? Some clarity is needed!

That's what I'm referring to. Thanks.
My son played in it last year. You are recruited to play through your high school coach. You spend two nights at Liberty and have a couple of practices, other sports are up there as well. Players from all VHSL divisions compete together and there were many good players and a lot of them are playing college ball now.
