Does anyone have any definitive information on what the real rules will be regarding the new BBCOR bat requirements this year?
I was looking at last year's VHSL rules clinic presentation and it mentioned that several labels will be required on approved bats in 2012. 1)BBCOR label (of course). 2)ABI label (accelerated break-in). 3)"Tamper Evident" label.
I've seen several of the brand new BBCOR bats from manufacturers, and NONE of them have the ABI label or the "tamper evident" label; at least not that I could tell.
Comments anyone?

You want definitive from VHSL? (kidding - they do good work)

The TE/ABI label requirements turned out to be unworkable and have been (quietly) dropped from the NHSF rules, so I fully expect the same from VHSL (as other state's organizations have done). BTW, the BBCOR lable rule now only specs one label instead of two...
