What should I include in a video to send to colleges? BP, real game, fielding work, running? Should I put my 60 time and velo on there too?

If you can include all these items with good video and not too long, I would include it all.
I have always been told to make them fairly short, a of everything, about 3 minutes long. I think a short intro by the player is nice - my name is, I am a outfielder, I go to central high and play for the superhitters baseball club.. just DON'T put music on it! Especially hard rock stuff! Very distracting. At the end put your name, school, club ball, email, and phone number.
I have an Everio camera that came with very simple editing but I use Power Director to make videos of my baseball and volleyball players. Easy to use and good quality, you can put them on youtube or make discs. Good luck!
