The video on your PG profile would be a good start at least. I would guess that they are just requesting the video to see if they would be interested in coming out and seeing you play. I highly doubt they would make you an offer based on a video; I have never heard of that happening. So IMO they are just looking for a short video to get an idea of what kind of player you are.

I would go out and film a video of yourself hitting, pitching (if you are a pitcher) and your fielding position. Edit it down to less then 10 minutes (total) and throw it up on Youtube and send them the link. I would also reference you PG stuff at the same time. Make sure you use a tri-pod and get in tight so they can see you.

This should be enough to show them what they are looking for.
ISH - just a suggestion, no music, no audio, no commentary... just skill sets and information. If you film hitting, film from the front (best) or from the frontside/openside. If pitching, from the catcher's angle and for fielding try to show all angles. A tripod is a must.

I will PM you a link to GUN's video, it's very basic. The early video has audio, but the stuff we actually linked in all of his coaches requests does not.
