Virginia Cardinals Tryouts for 2017-2021 Grads

Tryout dates have been announced for the WWBA Underclass World Champion Virginia Cardinals for teams that will compete in the FALL of 2015 - August 2016.

The Cardinals will be fielding a team for each Grad Class from 2017 through 2021. Players will tryout by their GRADE and not their AGE.

The tryouts for the 2020 and 2021 grad years (Rising 7th and 8th graders) will not conflict with any players who are currently committed to teams through this summer - these rosters are being formed for competition beginning in September of 2015.

Full tryout dates and information is rolling out now and will be updated regularly as the venues are secured and times are set. The dates are secure with further details to come.

Tryouts for the 2021 team will be at 2pm on Monday June 15 at the Varsity Baseball field at James River HS.

There will be NO COST for this tryout but you MUST pre-register. Visit www.vacardinals.org to pre-register.

Forward along this information to any rising 7th grader you think may be interested in trying out for the Virginia Cardinals.

This tryout is for our team that will form to begin play in September. Trying out and making this team will not effect anyone's commitment to their current travel teams or plans to go to Cooperstown or any other tournaments this summer. This team will begin practices in mid to late August and begin play after Labor Day but we are forming the team now due to my scheduling commitments with our 17U team.

Hope to see some high quality 2021 players in attendance from all around the Commonwealth!!!
