What does everyone think of the visual training programs that you can buy off the internet? Will they even help you?

Maybe but not as much as just hitting. Why becuase you will time the ball and be able to pick up the spin to dtermine location.

It depends on which one you use. Like many products, some are not worth it, others are not.
Remember, the eyes are often the biggest thing people overlook. It is hard to play when you can't see or focus as well as you could.
