I noticed that Kevin Flanagan isn't listed as a coach. Does anyone know why?

Coach Flanagan, who I liked a lot, took a job located in the Baltimore area. I believe he went to work for Ryan Simeral's dad. Ryan was a player and a team student assistant last year. Mr. Simeral was a team supporter who, on occasions, took the team players out to lunch or dinner. The job was in finance but I'm not sure exactly.
