Welcome to the HSBBW.
First off did you just send one video out to one college?
There are certain time's of year that a college can contact your son.
I'm not sure exactly when.
I know that the early signing period is over.
But don't be discouraged.
Coaches are very busy getting ready for the season.
Sometimes you have to be pro active.
Make an unofficial visit to the college.
Have Patience.
Sometime it's take's time to find the right fit.

Don't get discouraged after 4 days. I sent 2 emails to college coaches and it took like 8 days to get a reply from one of the coaches. On the same note after about 8 days my HS coach got a questionaire from the other coach that I emailed.
Think it's always good when a player calls the Coach.....would give it a little more time and if you don't hear back....I'd have son call Coach....

Whenever you find yourself in a situation of not knowing whether or not the coach will call back or it appears he is dragging this out, I suggest you NOT leave a message. If you leave a message it puts the ball in the coach's court which puts you back into a waiting situation. If the coach doesn’t answer, don’t leave a message, hang up and call him back later.

That's pretty good advice.
Plus, it's the end of the semester and the coaches are doing holiday stuff with their families, making sure players are taking/passing their exams, etc. I'd give it at least a week and then call back.

Hey, Thank you for the welcome. We did hear from the Coach this morning. Apologized for not calling, just busy with work. I will let you know the outcome which will hopefully be good.
