Mac is baseballbuzz son. She rarely posts now but still views the site on a regular basis. Mac was recruited as a pitcher but had some arm issues early in his career and then got the chance to play the field. Big strong young man who can mash. And he is a great guy.
Yes, I did have the opportunity to see him in the Valley League this summer and specifically at the VL All Star game..... a very big man indeed.
In all seriousness, make sure to catch the State game with Rodon pitching.
Preston Morrison is another freshman from North Carolina pitching for TCU. They both have similar numbers, and both 9-0. Would be a cool matchup later this summer.
(quick side note, I always root for UNC this time of year. It's just so nice to have the Wolfpack continue playing!)

You got that right! WFU starting pitcher Jack Fischer had a fantastic effort, and smart game plan. Very impressive.
