How does Wallace State find all these players from outside the state?

... Wallace State gets a lot of DFE players. After being drafted, the MLB team tells the player they want them to head down to Wallace State for a year while the follow them instead of signing them.
It sure is a nice way to have a strong program ... having it filled with players who were late round draft picks.

dad4boys - JUCOs recruit just like any four year school. They receive reports from scouts (including the draft and follows as H pointed out), coaches, and they scout their own games as well. Many JUCOs will also have open tryouts.
My freshman JUCO son receieved JUCO offers from schools in IL, TN, and AL. We're in KY which only has one JUCO. Those coaches work hard just like the four year coaches in their recruiting.
