Lots has been made about whether the FastArm really works, and adds velocity as it claims.
That's a topic that has been visited -- and revisited -- throughout the year in this other thread.
What I wanted to mention though, being affiliated with FastArm.com myself, is that many customers have found the pitching aid to be useful not only as a training tool but as an easy way to warm up without having someone to throw to.
Just wanted to add this for those who are regularly running into this problem.
