A terrible loss, Mr. James Timbers was a great human being, coach, husband, father and former teammate who'll be missed dearly by all.

James was a former player for Winchester Post 21 back during 1985-1987, George Mason University player and was currently an assistant at Stone Bridge High School.

I know the boys really enjoyed having James around. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family...
Today's service was true example of someone living thru the LORD.

It was by far the largest service that I have ever attended and was the most spiritual!

I believe they said all 2 or 3 floors of Mt. Olive Church was filled to capacity!

JT, Mike Lockhart, Kenny M and Peppy C all traveled over to Winchester to play Post 21 American Legion baseball during the middle 80's as they were teammates with me along with Sam Plank who played at Handley.

Someway, somehow, Coach Jimmy Dix (Former Winchester Post 21 Head Coach back in the day) and I after standing for nearly a 75 minutes before the service was delayed until 11:30am ... was directed to the 2nd row beside Sam Plank.

Everyone who needs an example of how to live you life, just reflect on how JT did it!
