Can KF continue to surprise and IR stop 2-game losing streak?

In Group 6 there are 3 matchups of Southside vs. Peninsula, which might give a idea of how everyone stacks up.  Woodside v. WB is probably the best of the bunch.  They had a nice rivalry last year.

to me personally i dont think the pennisula matches up with the southeastern district except when moyer{woodside}is on the mound.just my personal oppionion but u never know..

It was a "benefit game"!  Therefore, it doesn't count towards one's record.  It acts like a glorified scrimmage, but isn't technically a scrimmage.  (VHSL stuff!)

Benefit game as 'Heels' said. Final was 2-2. no extra.s 

Grassfield beats Bethel 4-2. Trailed 2-1 for most of the game. Scored 3 in the 6th to take the lead. Perdue threw 5 scoreless in relief to get the win.

Riddick came up with one out and single up the middle Bigbie then double to center Riddick scored from first to tie the game. Then Bethel catcher tried a pick off play at first and threw it into right field and GF scored again. Great job Perdue!

Woodside beats WB 3-2.  WB was up 2-0 in top 7.   Committed 2 errors that allowed all runs to score unearned in that inning.  Up until the 7th, was a very solid performance by WB.   Colin Selby pitched a great game.   Tough loss.

Final and decisive run pushed across on a squeeze play. Five errors in the game.  Will defer to official scorer, but only one run in the game may have been earned.
