I've had a little problem with my weight staying back to much so when i make contact my body is not totally straight, it is bent to the umpire and my shoulder is dropping just a tad. This causes a weak hit that is usally in the air. Also should i hit the ball more out in front of me or make contact when the ball is alomst inline with my body?

Are there any drills i could do to fix this?
