jbb - It's as good of a guideline as I've seen at this point in time.
Seems consistent with conversations my 2016 has had with a few D1 coaches.
Pretty good guidelines based on what I've seen.
Very realistic guidelines here for all levels. Many parents would gain a whole lot of information by checking these guidelines out. All too many have their sons on a college showcase teams with D1 aspirations, when the ability of their boys does not measure up to what coaches need and expect.
