Our HS coaches in our organization get $3,500 a year. Winter practices, summer ball, short fall schedule, and handling lot's of recruiting tasks.
Blake, what kind of agreement did you make with this team when you joined? If you have worked that long for $300, I am betting that they are not going to dig into those pockets for any more money. You'd better be asking some questions and/or hitting the road if you expect more.
what age group? In my area for HS level summer teams it is about $4000 plus travel expenses. That is basically winter -- November to beginning of march. And June to August.
