I'm a freshman in HS starting catcher for the JV team. Through this year i have a BA around .370, batting leadoff, and although i don't have much power, 20 RBIs. My pop time is between 1.8 and 2.01 typically. My grades are great, I have a 3.7 gpa. My question is this: what do i have to do to play college baseball?

DJohnson710,

You're on the right path already. Here are my suggestions to get you started

1) Continue to get very good grades. Take challenging classes if you plan to apply to very competitive schools.
2) Make varsity and find a good travel team that will allow you to deveop and get exposure
3) Research this website for others that have asked this very same question. There is a "Find" option at the top of the toolbar. Begin to research colleges that interest you. Thee is so much information on this website. Members and posters are more than willing to help you out.
4) Keep asking questions (and researching answers) on this website
5) Discuss & share your goals with your parents
6) Build & deveop your body
7) Talk to some college players about what it is like, and the committment involved

Best of luck to you!
