What does it take to get a scolarship if u got semi good gradses and your a pitcher? what do scouts like to see? Speed? AccurACY gOOD mECHANICS? or someone who is a team leader...

A hard working leader who is a solid baseball player as well. They want a player who doesn't lag in any one skill. And you need to expose yourself to the college scouts by going to tournaments or showcases. And if that isn't possible, then go send letters to the schools you are interested in.
