Depends, which runner did F2 tag for the 3rd out? If it was R2 (after he touched 3B) trying to score also, score the run.
As hatman says, if BR before 1B no run, and I will add or any other of the forced runners before they reach there forced to base, still no run.
Ex: R1 twists and ankle and goes down between 1st and 2nd, R3 and R2 score and BR reaches 1B, a tag or force of R1 would still negate the run/s.
