What is the DIII "Blue Chip Recruit" Letter?

No scholly's, but they want to make sure they do what they can to get desirable players through the admissions process at the more/highly selective schools.

So - what is the Blue Chip recruit Letter? What does it tell the Ballplayer? How many of these are written up for each recruit class? In general, what is the content of such a letter?
