the music i listen to is stuff that is relaxing just puts me a mood that lets me think and have fun.

don't get me wrong though im not some goofball, I just cant play with 2 much adrenline.

how about a good old-fashioned pregame warmup? doesnt that do any good for you. you shouldnt really need to get "pumped up" for baseball. you need a clear mind, not one full of adrenaline

No one has mentioned Rage Against the Machine yet or Pantera, I'm surprised. Listen to any of the CDs by Rage, their political views may be a little weird but the music itself isn't bad at all.

I go old school myself... There's the Rocky Soundtrack: Eye of the Tiger, Final Countdown, etc... and then I go with the Classic Rock... I like "Separate Ways" by Journey, "The Pinnacle" by Kansas, "Back in Black" by AC/DC is never a bad pick, "Renegade" by Styx, and anything with a good guitar solo in it.

I listen to a lot of Pearl Jam. "World Wide Suicide" and "Spin the Black Circle" work for me. Any song that would have you jumping up and down at a concert would be an excellent pick.
