Despite the snow that is on its way, we are getting very close to baseball season.

I was riding down the road recently and this song came on and I thought it would be fun to post here with a question...

What song "means" baseball to you?

Please post link to youtube if possible (can be done by clicking the "film strip" next to the smiley face along bar above and "insert" url).

I'll start with Bruce Springsteen's "Glory Days"

Being a Sox fan, gotta love that Dirty Water.  Also my high school colors are purple and gold.  in 1985 after every win which there were a bunch as we went 22-1 or so and won the state championship, on the bus rides home and parties after home games we sang along with Prince as loud as we could scream Purple Reign.  Kinda cheezy but good fun back then and whenever I hear that song I smile.

not even gonna try to put the videos on here as I have no clue

Until I became a baseball dad there was only professional baseball.  Catchers and pitchers reported every mid-Feb and games started around April 1.  Now, it is more about college and high school baseball at this time of my life.  Pro ball doesn't start really kicking in until after the NCAA regular season is over.

The high school and college games change songs every year, but a few endure such as Blake Shelton's - "Boys Round Here",  Eric Church's - "Drink in My Hand", and John Forgerty's "Centerfield"

MLB Song -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JLNnXgQeqU.   "Love that dirty water" as Wattsboro suggested.  It always means a Red Sox home victory.

I am not sure why I can't see the videos, all I get is an error message.

But for me, Summertime and Drink in my Hand and of course Center Field.

Drink in my Hand was part of my son's senior year play list, full blast from the press box before every home game, until the principal heard it.

From his junior season, the song Summer Nights by Rascal Flatts was the big pre-game / between innings theme song.

Man, this is getting me jonesin' for some baseball!
