2013 recruit, who after having three unofficial D1 visits last winter and coaches contact him at the end of school season after watching him play, has gotten no interest since July 1st.

6'3 195lbs 3b. Not a speedster 7.36 60. 79 mph velocity Left handed bat .Has and did have a great summer against many that are now committing. Was given advice to be patient but stay active. But also told don't do to many showcases.

What to do next? Has been told by several coaches and scouts that he is definitely mid major D1 to D2 player.

Its up to you and him from here on it.Just because SEVERAL coaches say he is d one or d two doesnt mean a thing in reality..YOU must get him seen again by the schools he is interested in going to.If that means spending a hundred or two at their camp OR by sneding the coach a video with something like "remember me?:..*SARCASM*.But really it is your move now..set him up a you tube sight and start emailing the links OR and getting him into a few showcases where he can get some exposure,,You still have time but the clock ticks fast. Now dont take this the wrong way..looking at the stats you gave us YOUR BOY MUSt be able to RAKE to play D1 in my opinion..at 6'3 195 he already "PROJECTS" but 79 velocity for a kid that big is not D1 material imo,his foot speed is not d1 material imo..BUT if he can RAKE all bets are off.Find out where junior wants to go to school and work from there ..d one d two doesnt mean anything.ASK him the MOST important question..IF you were to get hurt and not be able to play baseball,,would you still want to attend this school..??? a d3 with good academic scholarships may actually cost you less money than a d1 or d2 with a partial scholarship..NOBODY gives full scholarships in baseball..so shop around and good luck to you..!!!
