The only teams the Cubbies will beat in their own division next year will be the Pirates and the Reds. The Brew Crew; Cards; and, Houston will finish ahead of the Cubbies and Hendry will be making up excuses for "no pitching" by season's end and Pinella will be complaining about something by late May.

Read where the Cubbies are looking to move Jones. Does that mean that Sammycork will be making a comeback with the Cubbies? Can Peterson be far behind? Who is going to play centerfield? Murton can't run or throw.

Fast....I know Jim Hendry from his days of recruiting my son out of OPRF and also Cliff Floyd from Thornwood, for Creighton University. Son wound up going to Mississippi State. Floyd...the rest is history. What a high school player he was. Best pure hitter I've seen since Ben Shelton at OPRF years ago. I think Ben went in the 3rd or 4th round.
