ro1249 - Instead of begging for a WO, do a search here first and be patient with people who work jobs all day and have a family to take care of. Do the search and see what you find. Also, please tell us more about yourself. Age, height, years pitching/playing BB,weight, goals, HS playing, desiring to play college, what you are currently doing, and anything else that would help us see your situation. I can't help much, but there are others here that can help a lot. They would like for you to do some of the work if at all possible though.

ro1249: running and lower body for sure. if you are going to the gym to increase the muscle definition of your upper body, that can have ramifications for the type of physique that is optimal for pitching. Stretching and flexibility is also important. Plan running workouts to be in immediate proximity, both before and after, you throw or have a pitching workout. The running is critical to the recovery period between performances and the avoidance of baseball injuries. Dont have a resistance program without a cardio or aerobic program, where you lift your heart rate for at least 30-40 minutes without stopping. You probably shouldnt even touch a baseball or machine, freeweight, without 30 minutes aerobic exercise (sweating). Check out resistance bands and small muscle group exercises for arm. Arm circles (the most underrated exercise of all). High rep / light weight for upper body or any arm or shoulder.
Try sending Jon Doyle a PM. I had the opportunity to do his workout for one day with my brother who has been on Doyles program for about four months. Being a gym rat myself, I left Doyles workout thoroughly impressed. His workouts are definetly geared towards atheletes looking to improve strength, stamina, and speed within thier desired sport. If you have any questions on the effectivness of Doyles workouts, contact my brother with a PM. He goes by the screen name beemax.

-good luck
