When do you play INF corners in and middle back?

In what situation do you play your first and third baseman up and middle inf back? What situations do you play 1B and 3B up? Runners at 1st and 3rd / bases loaded less than 2 outs?

Nathan; what is the # of outs, the inning, the score, is the hitter a left handed "pull hitter"? Is it a true "bunt" situation or "fake" bunt situation.

We have use portions of this playbook for our American teams traveling to Japan, Australia, Korea, China and New Zealand.
