I am going to be graduating this spring and i'm still looking for a position at a college. When is it too late for a school to give you a spot on their roster or a scholorship? I am just asking because kids who have signed the past couple years at my school signed around this time of year and one kid who didnt have the grades to sign was still getting letters during his senior baseball season

He could be doing both.

We had a university tell my son that the whole staff really wanted to see him and that the camp would be the best place for that. He went. We found out 3 months later, that this school had already gotten a commitment from the only pitcher they were going to sign that year, 4 months before the camp. We found out, because the kid they signed, wound up being sons teammate on his summer team.

So it's still buyer beware when considering camp invites. The fact that he's trying to sell you a camp spot and creating a sense of urgency in you, tells me that he's got a little used car salesman in him.
