This is for pitching, im just curious, im not a pitcher. When you pitch, and you pick up your front leg, as your throwing arm is being lifted, where does the foot land? In front of back foot?- just 5 feet away-wtvr the distance is. or do you whip the leg across our body, land it and then whip your body and arm? i hope you guys can understand- i dont know how to make it much clearer.

Most pitchers stride 70-90% of their height and land with their toe pointing at the target.
