Lynnhaven Palomino U18 team goes to Greensboro this week end to compete in the Pony-Palomino Regional tournament. The winner of this tourny goes on to the zone tourny in ALLEGHENY, PA, and then the Palomino world series in California. Amongst the high quality position players on the team, the pitching staff features Gary Bullman, Robert Morey, Pete Levitt, Zach Woods, Reid Killen, and Greg Amoroso, to name a few. They beat powerhouse Greensboro Patriots in a tourny 2 weeks ago at Greensboro's home field. Perhaps, to answer a question from a "Legion" thread, this is where the good pitching has gone. Good luck this weekend, Lynnhaven!

You are correct on the pitching staff throughout the season, however, due to injuries....Reid and Robert will not travel with us and Greg is still nursing the injury from HS...but contributing in many other ways....especially with the bat.

We added Cameron Butler from Landstown after Reid's injury and has pitch outstanding for us including starting the championship game against Kempsville last night.

The loss of Reid and Robert will sting, but I have all the confidence in the rest of the pitching staff to get the job done....with a great defense behind them.
