Its derived from the Titleist Performance Institute. Stability, Mobility, and Flexibility will get your guys into better overall functional shape. Too many high school ballplayers are so physically weak and misproportioned. You are doing a good job looking for positive outlets.
I wish more coaches were like you. Being the "best" is debatable. You have to find something that works for all of them however I would start with my two suggestions. They need to strenghten the muscles beneath the outer layer first. Functional Fitness is highly recommended if you can get someone to teach it. Try not to get get into "shock therapy" until they are ready. Remember, these athlete's bodies are constantly changing.
