When listing an SAT score on a Perfect Game profile and if including this info in an email to a coach, should son use a superscored result (and note that it is a super score) or list all results? Thanks in advance!

Some colleges do not Superscore. I would report the scores from each test date but if 1 test date is better than another, you can just report that date.
I think most of the kids posting on PG are superscoring. If you get far enough down the road with a coach from a baseball perspective that he wants to discuss individual test dates and scores (assuming one of the few schools that don't superscore), then you're probably getting close to finding a place to play.
Most of my 2015 academic school apps accepted superscore. They will tell you if not.
List the best superscore you can on the PG page and e-mails. Then if a coach later asks you to send a copy of the actual test results, SAT shows the current and prior test results, so he can see how you came up with the aggregate.
Rest assured if the coach is from a high academic school, he will ask for copies of the SAT/ACT and transcripts before the interest gets serious. They never get too excited about a player before they can confirm he has a very high likelihood of getting accepted to the school.
My son always used his 3 part SAT superscore when emailing a coach. He would also break down what his score was on the reading and math sections because a lot of high academic schools did not care about the writing section of the 3 part SAT and also because his 2 part score was 1450 so he wanted to highlight those sections. His reading and math score was not a superscore but the 3 part score was.
Just an FYI, the SAT is back to a two-part grade now (1600 scale) -- there are only two components (math and reading & writing). Still possible to superscore, but not as great of an opportunity to do so as under the old three-part test.
