About to order a new glove, the only thing is that it has a white palm. The rest of the glove doesn't have any questionable colors. So my question is in high school (for the OHSAA), and travel ball would this glove be legal?

Hold off on ordering until the real umpires chime in but I know there is a NFHS rule against having any white on the glove at least as it pertains to pitchers.
Absolutely illegal. I don't get why manufacturers continue to make gloves that are patently illegal.

What position do you play or expect to play?
DO NOT BUY THIS GLOVE FOR A PITCHER.........save yourself money and aggravation.....as Matt states, the glove you are referencing is illegal for pitchers in all codes....so if you pitch, might pitch, might go in for occasional relief, read below...
Fed-"A pitchers glove that "includes the color white or gray shall be removed from the game upon discovery by either team or umpire...NFHS Rule 1-3-6
NCAA- The pitcher's glove may not be white or gray exclusive of the piping nor, in the judgment of the umpire, distracting in any way.....NCAA rule1-13c
OBR- The pitcher's glove may not be white or gray exclusive of the piping nor, in the judgment of the umpire, distracting in any way (same as NCAA)
Couple addendum's....in case someone asks you....
- NO, it does not make any difference if the palm is white....white is always white for a Pitcher....and regardless of where (exclusive of piping), makes it illegal....
- NO it is not legal if another umpire had allowed it/missed it/overlooked it in a previous game
OTHER POSITIONS-No issue......
Also agree with MST, as my son still gets all the baseball catalogs and they often show gloves with white or grey features and they show them recommended for the pitching position......I don't get that....
