Must confess that I'm not that deep in AA, but I've seen Spotsylvania and Orange and both of these teams can play. Each have depth at pitching, can hit and play very sound defense.
Turner Ashby is always strong as is Powhatan.
I've also heard that Poquoson is very stout.
